Waffle Queen

Lets just clear one thing up before we get too excited about the title "Cookies&Carbs". I'm not here to bash fast food restaurants, tell you why you should eat green beans and kale, or call you fat. Although these do sound like very logical and useful topics to banter about, I will refrain momentarily. I am, in fact, a fitness enthusiast, lover of dark chocolate, relier on coffee, obsessor of Whole Foods, explorer of the kitchen, and subsequentaly deemed the Waffle Queen.

Obviously, this isn't a waffle, but here's a gist of what my fans praise me for. 

My life has to do a lot with food, but doesn't every one's? I'd like to share with you my lifestyle of healthy living. Sometimes I may provide descriptions about the most salivating recipes, (for example: the gooiest earthquake brownie recipe you've ever tasted), or I may tell you how I manage indulging in life's guilty pleasures all the while maintaining a flattering figure.

I'm not a professional chef or super overly certified nutritionist, but I think I may know just a few things about how to live a healthy and happy life.
